Hi All, Please be in prayer for John and Sharon Jones. John has diabetes, heart disease and end-stage renal disease and is a now in need of a kidney transplant. Their son, Justin, has just been approved to be a donor. However, prior to the surgery John will need to have all of his teeth pulled, as they all are infected and pose a threat to the success of the transplant. As well, his wife, Sharon is sick with Fibromyalgia and Sjogren’s syndrome. Because they have no health insurance and live off of his social security alone, medical bills are a grave concern. A benefit for the family will be held at El Chico restaurant in Lake Jackson on April 29th from 4-9:30pm. All who attend and sign their support of the Jones’ will enable them to receive a large donation of the restaurant’s proceeds for that night. A minimum of 100 will be required. Please pray for Brayden. He is 2 months old (he is a twin) and he just underwent emergency surgery to fix an extra piece of intestine that was causing very serious complications. He now has two bacterial viruses and they are trying to help with that. Right now his vitals are dropping and are not doing good. I know I have already spoken to some of you about this, but I would like for you to pray for my daughter Kristen. She left home, ran away last night about 6pm and I haven’t heard from her, it’s been over 24 hours. She feels that she is 17 and doesn’t have to follow rules of the house and she can leave and there is nothing I can do about this. For those of you who know Kristen know that she is a good kid, not out drinking, do drugs, or having sex. I am very proud of her in that sense but I also know that she is very impressionable and naive. I am asking for prayer in my workplace. Prayer that my supervisors will treat me fairly. A coworker hates me, my senior supervisor only speaks to me in the negative and reminds me of the mistakes I have ever made in the past four years at employment. My immediate supersvior will not address the problems, and both always think I am the problem. The office as a whole does not communicate well, it is only five of us! How sad. I pray for strength, guidance, and letting God work through me and in my office. All of us have concerns and challenges, I pray for my coworkers as well.

I know that many of you have been praying for my 50 year old mother who was battling liver cancer and Hep C. I have good news to share…My mother’s doctor’s called her and said they can not find the tumor (that was the size of a lemon) anywhere! Thank you for all your prayers. This means my mother will now be able to get back on a donor transplant list for a new liver while God continues to move in her life. Continue to pray for her, her name is Wanette.
